Description
Nice little cottage at Hökagården in Småland, suitable for families. The cottage is small but charming, with a bedroom and a sleeping loft and a 2 seater sofa bed that is forward-facing. The living room has a fireplace, TV with German channels and a chromecast so you can also watch Swedish channels.
Toilet with shower available.
The plot is large and spacious and has a cozy gazebo perfect for an afternoon coffee.
The owner lives in the house next door and is happy to help if you have any questions, for example there is a laundry option by arrangement.
Kroksjön is located 150 meters from the house, where there are piers and two rowing boats. You can rent a rowing boat for 600 SEK per week, and then a fishing license is also included.
The nearest beaches, Samserydssjön and Borlången are within easy reach. Nice swim in Lake Fegen at Sandvik 10 km away. There is also an outdoor swimming pool Hörsjöbadet in Smålandsstenar. There are sea baths 80 km on the west coast. In Smålandsstenar you will find tourist information at Torghuset. Grocery store is in Burseryd and Smålandsstenar.
Other family activities nearby include Store Mosse National Park and High Chaparral, the theme park with wild western inspiration. Both are about 45 minutes away by car. The large Gekås shopping center in Ullared is 47 km away.
