Cozy cottage in the east side of Öland, right next to the cycle path that goes around the island. Close to shallow, family-friendly beaches for exciting swimming and fishing trips.
The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor with direct access to a large patio with lounge area and barbecue. Furthermore, there is a cozy family room with TV. From here, a steep staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. It is a short walk from the entrance across the lawn to the annex where there is a bathroom with washing machine. There is a cozy bedroom with double bed and extra bed for a child under 12 In the same building. The house has a large fenced lawn that invites for a lot of fun and play. Enjoy the view of fields with a windmill and the neighbor's farm with an active farm.
Things to see and do in east side of Öland
The area near the cottage is rich in excursion destinations with culture and activities, it is possible to buy handicrafts and locally grown food. Relax on hot summer days by visiting one of the nearby family-friendly beaches. An exciting way to discover the island is by bike, as the house is right next to the bike path.
Other famous sights that you must visit during your stay are the lighthouse Långe Jan, the troll forest on the northern tip of the island and the royal family's summer residence Solliden near Borgholm.
