Villa Leopard is a recently renovated and modernly furnished villa within walking distance of the picturesque medieval village of Grimaud and 6 km from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. From the terraces there are beautiful views over the surrounding area and the medieval castle of Grimaud.
The main house is spread over two floors (with no internal connection) connected via the terrace with a staircase along the outside. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, the 3rd bedroom is in a detached cottage. All bedrooms have king-size beds (180×200) and air conditioning. The plot is fully fenced and has an automatic gate with space to park 4 cars.
On the first floor are the living room, dining room, a luxurious and fully equipped kitchen and the master suite with en-suite bathroom. There is also a 2nd bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet and a large terrace with stunning views over the surrounding area and Grimaud castle. The terrace has a large dining table for 10 for atmospheric lunches and dinners, a large seating area and a gas barbecue. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, tall fridge with separate freezer compartment, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
The ground floor is at garden level where you will also find the rectangular private pool measuring 8 x 5 m and a maximum depth of 1.5 m. The pool is heatable in the early and late season and equipped with an electric cover. On the terrace next to the pool are several sunbeds and seating areas and a large dining table. There is an outdoor kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and gas barbecue.
When booking for up to 6 people, the separate pool and garden suites are not accessible. "La Gîte" is a separate luxury flat with quality king-size bed, private sitting area, bathroom and kitchenette with dining area with private terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and cooking utensils. There is also a general laundry room with washing machine, dryer, hoover, ironing board and iron.
