In the renowned golf and gastronomy resort Mougins, near Cannes, is this beautiful luxury villa in a spacious residential area on a plot of 1,500 m². This stylish accommodation with an architect-designed and beautifully maintained garden with a generous swimming pool lets you experience the good French life.
The location is great: La Croisette, the famous boulevard of Cannes, is less than 8 kilometres from this villa. Close to all the interesting and captivating locations with everything within reach, you will still enjoy all the peace and luxury of your own villa.
The subtropical garden is beautiful; the swimming pool with the lounge pavilions is the highlight. One pavilion is equipped to enjoy your meals and the other is purely for lounging. Both are equipped with a slatted roof. Between the pavilions is an outdoor shower and a small outdoor kitchen in a building.
The swimming pool has a comfortable entrance: shallow and with built-in lounge benches... The adjoining sun terrace offers a row of sunbeds with parasols. In the evening, you can enjoy the lighting that gives the whole a cosy atmosphere.
The lounge is located on the first floor and is very comfortable. It is a large open space with a sitting area that includes a large flat screen television on the wall. Also an impressive soundbar, a PlayStation, a Blu-ray player and an Apple iPod dock. The entire villa and garden have a wireless internet connection.
Sliding doors open from the salon to a lovely balcony. The kitchen is in open connection with this salon where a dining table for ten people and a magnificent induction cooking island are located. Besides the American fridge with ice-cube maker, there is a fine wide oven and two Nespresso machines including milk frother. In the garage, there is a second large fridge/freezer.
On the living floor you will find three bedrooms, all with complete bathrooms including toilet. On the ground floor are the other three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a private terrace adjacent to the garden and pool. A second bedroom with private bathroom has access to no less than two terraces in the garden. The third bedroom has a separate bathroom and separate toilet in the hallway. All bedrooms have two box-spring beds that can be made up as either a double bed or two single beds.
