Villa La Font is contemporary modern and tastefully decorated in earth tones, located among the vineyards of La Moutte a short distance from the beautiful beach of Les Salins. As there is no traffic nearby, the location is therefore very private and quiet amid Saint Tropez's only working vineyard.
The spacious living area on the ground floor is open-plan with large floor-to-ceiling windows. You will find a large sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The cosy fireplace guarantees cosy evenings and the large sliding glass doors lead to the garden and terrace.
On the first floor there is a guest toilet, laundry room with extra fridge. You will find on this floor the first bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. A second bedroom has an ensuite shower and toilet and overlooks a private terrace. The third bedroom has a shower and bath ensuite and the fourth bedroom has an Italian shower and a double sink. Upstairs, the house has a loft that serves as a bedroom with an ensuite shower and toilet.
Outside, you immediately notice the large swimming pool with a nice terrace and covered dining area where it is great to linger during balmy summer evenings. The villa has internet/wifi and a daily cleaning service is available upon request. Because Villa La Font is close to the beaches and outside the centre, you can avoid the busy traffic in summer.
