Here you live comfortably in Skäppevik, about 4 km south of Bergkvara and only 30 meters from the sea and swimming, with a child-friendly long shallow sandy beach and bathing jetty. From the house's terrace and bedroom, you have a fantastic panoramic view of the nice little bay.

The house's living room, dining area and kitchen are in an open plan and create a spaciousness atmosphere. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and a TV with Chromecast and with dimmable spotlights in the ceiling if you want to create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. The dining area is equipped with a large table and chairs and is located by a large window with a view of the bay. Here you can sit and eat your meals while you watch the ocean waves hit the shore. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to be able to cook some food such as a stove, fan, fridge/freezer. There is also a nice fireplace. The bedroom has two single beds and a large window facing the bay. Imagine waking up in the morning and being able to look out over the water. The bathroom is fresh and equipped with both a shower and a washing machine. At the front you will find two furnished patios. If the weather gets worse, you can retreat to the glassed-in part. At the back you will find the annex which is equipped with two single beds and with a furnished terrace and barbecue. The garden has room for various activities for both children and adults. If you want to take a trip on the sea to perhaps try your luck at fishing, you have access to a rowing boat.

You live in scenic surroundings with the sea right next door. Here you can take a trip down to the sea in just your bathrobe to enjoy a morning swim down by the jetty or at the small shallow sandy beach below.

Things to see and do in Skäppevik/Bergkvara and the surrounding area
There is a summer restaurant, kiosk, football goal, mini golf course, playground, barbecue area and larger swimming area in an adjacent cottage area. The nearest place is Bergkvara, about 4 km, where there are several restaurants, a grocery store and a paddling hall. Boat trips to Garpens lighthouse also depart from here. Skäppevik is also ideally located for various excursion destinations. Such as Öland with all its sandy beaches and attractions. Kalmar with its Castle or Skälby farm, which is located just outside Kalmar, is popular with families with children, as is A world of dinosaurs - Europe's largest dinosaur museum. Blomlöf's fish smokehouse in Brömsebro, 9 km away, is well worth a visit. Kristianopel 16 km away, is a nice place with its fine guest harbor and restaurants. Café Sött och Salt is a very popular and recommended.
