This nice cottage is located in a good area and close to Färjestaden (5 km). The house has a covered terrace where you can sit and socialize during the day or evenings.
The cottage has an entrance hall, a small kitchen with adjacent bedrooms with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with washing machine. Next to the house you have access to a guest cottage with a bunk bed. The plot is well arranged and invites to play for the children.
Around the corner you have access to several walking paths that lead you into a nice nature area. Öland's most famous body cake manufacturer "Arontorp's kroppkakor och mat” can be found just a few minutes' drive from the house.
Things to see and do in the surrounding area
In a few minutes drive you will reach Färjestaden with its large selection of restaurants down by the harbor and a mall with shops. There are also fine sandy beaches and mini golf courses. If you want to play golf, Saxnäs fine golf course is only 15 minutes away. For the children you can take a trip to Öland Animal and Amusement Park which can be an experience for them. You can also visit the royal palace Solliden or Borgholm with all its shops and restaurants or why not take a trip to Kalmar Castle.
