Welcome to this beautiful house with modern amenities with everything from a gym to a barbecue hut. The house has classic Scandinavian interior style. It is close to nature and only a few minutes down to the village's private beach. Perfect place for two families or relatives to spend a peaceful holiday in Laxne in beautiful Sörmland.
The house's master bedroom has a comfortable exclusive double bed + 1 cot. The other 3 bedrooms have two single beds in each room. The large living room has a comfortable corner sofa and a television with AppleTV and a fireplace for cozy evenings in front of the fire. In the garden there is a cozy classic Swedish barbecue house, which is very cozy to grill food in, especially if it rains outside one evening. Large terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and dining area with parasol. The garden offers a tree house for the children to play in. You have access to beach toys, an electric JEEP for children to drive in the garden, children's bikes and a whole children's room full of fun toys. Take the opportunity to work out in the gym with free weights, cross trainer, punching bag and an advanced multi-gym. The laundry room has both a washing machine and a dryer. Fast wifi - 97 Mbit/s
Things to do in Laxne and the surrounding area
Here you are close to the beautiful nature and only a few minutes down to the lake. You can visit Skottvångsgruvan. A historic ore mine that was founded in the 17th century. Here you will find a cozy restaurant, a fine museum, sights and a Kolmila. It is only 5 minutes by car. There is a local farmer nearby where you can get fresh meat and organic vegetables for a delicious barbecue evening on the terrace. Just 15 minutes away by car is the beautiful summer town of Mariefred, a real Swedish idyll. Here you can take a steamboat out into the famous Mälaren. You can also ride a cozy steam train that takes you around southern Sweden. Or maybe just walk around and eat a good ice cream. Many festivals and markets take place in Sörmland in the summers. There will be information about all these places and events in a folder in the house.

• Guests bring their own bed linen and clean the house themselves.
• Two rooms in the basement are not accessible and locked for private use.
