Description
Nice, renovated cottage with a large living room in an open plan with the kitchen. Beautiful glass covered terrace, where you can sit and enjoy a good dinner. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed in the other where the lower bed is 140 cm. Stylish bathroom with washing machine.
With a short walk from the house, you reach a nice little bay with a sandy beach, where you can take a dip. Fishing in the sea is completely free for anyone who fishes with hand gear.
To see and do in Sandvik and the surrounding area
You have the beautiful Villa Famiglia restaurant nearby, where you can enjoy fantastic food in a Mediterranean-inspired setting, or you can wander around the magical garden.
Sandvik and Kolboda are not far away, which have fine sandy beaches. It is about 25 km to Kalmar. Here you will find shopping, restaurants, and many other attractions. You can go on guided tours around the city, visit Kalmar castle or go sightseeing with the Kalmar flounder. From Kalmar you can take the bridge over to popular Öland. Here you will find endless fine sights such as the lighthouses Långe Jan on the southern tip of the island and Långe Erik as far north as you can go. In between there is a large selection of farm shops, events, nice beaches, and beautiful unique nature.

Final cleaning is not included so you need to clean the house before departure.
