Welcome to this beautiful and well-planned villa with stunning views of the sea and forest, just a few minutes from the Småholmarna beach. Here you’ll stay comfortably in a spacious house of 154 m², accommodating up to 8 people – perfect for two families traveling together.
The large south-facing terrace offers sunshine from morning to evening, with a dining area, lounge furniture, and barbecue for wonderful summer evenings.
The villa features a bright and airy layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a fireplace – a natural gathering spot all year round.
Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping options with double and single beds, as well as extra sleeping space in the family room.
The house offers two fully tiled bathrooms, one of which features a whirlpool bathtub (corner bathtub with bubble and jet function) and a sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day by the sea.
The house also includes Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and plenty of parking.

Note: A smaller guesthouse (30 sqm) is located on the same property and is sometimes rented out separately.
You have your own parking, private entrance and secluded outdoor area, and your privacy is always respected.
If available, the guesthouse can also be rented together with the main house, perfect for larger groups.

Things to do in the area
The villa is beautifully situated on a scenic hill surrounded by both forest and sea. The nearest way to the beach Småholmarna is about 1.5 km via a picturesque forest trail. The beach has jetties, diving tower, cliffs, a small sandy area, and a large parking lot if you prefer to drive (3.5 km).
Henån, Orust’s main town, is 2.1 km away. Here you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket, marina, playground, bike rental, and a fish shop. It takes about 6 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot, or 4 minutes by car. In the harbor, you can also rent SUP boards and boats, and enjoy ice cream from Lejonet & Björnen.
If you want to explore more of Orust and Tjörn, there are many great excursions nearby – such as the Pilgrims Trail, Tavlebords Honey Farm, Fröken Trulls café, and the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn.

• A deposit of 2,000 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in good condition.
• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.
• Final cleaning is mandatory and not included in the price. An additional 1500 SEK will be charged, payable in cash on arrival or by Swish (for Swedish guests).

Welcome to two charming cottages in a beautiful natural setting with a large, secluded location near Slussen on Orust. Here you live in total privacy – surrounded by forest, birdsong and wild berries – yet only 600 metres from the sea. The main cottage is tastefully renovated and offers a bright living room with a sofa bed, armchairs and TV, as well as a new kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 cm) and one with a bunk bed (90 cm). The bathroom is fully tiled with shower and WC. The guest cottage maintains the same high standard, with a fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom and one bedroom with a 105 cm bed – perfect for a teenager or a guest who wants a little privacy. The spacious garden features several seating areas, a large charcoal grill and plenty of space for play. You can enjoy the sun for most of the day and may even spot elk or deer visiting the property.

Things to do in Slussen and the surrounding area:
Slussen is one of Orust’s most beloved summer areas. Here you will find a popular guesthouse with restaurant and live music during summer evenings, as well as Café Tillsammans, serving organic and vegetarian coffee, lunch and a small farm shop.
The public beach, about 900 metres away, offers a jetty, diving tower and changing rooms. A lovely natural beach with cliffs is located 1.2 km south of the house. For nature lovers, there is also a birdwatching tower just outside Slussen where you can observe several species that were once common in the area.
Orust also offers many excursions: hike the Pilgrims Trail between the island’s churches, try camel riding at Myckleby Nedergård, visit Tavlebords Honey Farm, or take the ferry to the car-free islands Gullholmen and Käringön.
