Description
Spacious villa that is perfect if there are many in the family or two families.
The house is spread over one and a half floors, where on the entrance floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a functional and good kitchen, and a cozy living room. From here you have access to the terrace where you can sit and socialize during warm summer evenings. On the upper level you will find a common room, a toilet and two bedrooms with double beds. Large plot for ball games and other activities.
During spring and autumn, the house is heated with a heat pump, while in summer there are independent elements for heating.
To see and do in Löttorp and the surrounding area
A stone's throw away from the house you will find Åkerbobadet which has a 12.5 meter long indoor pool and a 25 meter long outdoor pool. There is also an outdoor children's pool, sauna and paddle courts. In the surrounding area there is a grocery store, the fine delicatessen shop Rosa's trade, shopping shops and a number of good restaurants such as KALK Kök & Bar which is around the corner and the popular Restaurant Lammet & Grisen. You can also take a trip to Lådbilslandet or the famous beach Böda which has a fantastic fine sandy beach, restaurants and a large water park.
Up north, you can visit Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy the atmosphere at the boathouses down by the harbor with shops and flea markets or enjoy a good meal in one of the many restaurants. Also, don't miss visiting Byrum to experience the beaches and the fine beaches. A visit to Borgholm is also recommended. Öland has lots of attractions, fine sandy beaches, and shops to discover.
