The ground floor features a fresh bathroom with shower, a functional kitchen ideal for holiday cooking, and a living room with TV and a sofa bed for two. Upstairs, you’ll find two charming bedrooms – each with two single beds – and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while gazing out over the forest and mountains.

This holiday home offers a comfortable and natural stay with Lake Dottjärnet right next door. Here you live undisturbed with the forest all around and a babbling brook flowing past the house. A perfect place for relaxation, fishing and nature experiences.
The house can accommodate up to eight people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious entrance with entrance to the laundry room and bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small living room with sofa bed, and a large living room.
The terrace is partially covered and offers a nice view of both the lake and the forest.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two beds in each, an extra bathroom with shower and double sinks, and a workplace with a view of the water.
A short walk takes you to the lake where a rowing boat - which is included in the rent - awaits. Dottjärnet is perfect for both swimming, rowing and fishing. The area also has many marked hiking trails through untouched forests, making it easy to discover Swedish nature on foot.

• Nature reserves and hiking: There are several beautiful nature reserves nearby with trails for both shorter walks and longer day trips.
