Welcome to this generous and lovely accommodation in Stenungsund, a perfect holiday home for larger groups seeking both comfort and relaxation. Here you stay with plenty of space over two floors, distributed across four bedrooms with a total of 6 regular beds and two additional sleeping places in a sofa bed. The sofa bed is located in a separate pool house that functions as a private bedroom, offering extra privacy. Here you will also find a shower, toilet and washbasin. In total, the property offers three bathrooms, making it very comfortable even for larger groups. The house is fully equipped for large families or groups of friends, with two kitchens and several social areas that invite togetherness. In the heart of the house you will find a luxurious spa with sauna and whirlpool bath. Together with the private terrace, the heated saltwater pool and the jacuzzi, this creates a holiday feeling beyond the ordinary. The pool measures 3x6 meters and has a cover for convenient use regardless of weather. The spacious terrace offers plenty of seating, barbecue facilities and space for long evenings in the sun. Indoors, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace as well as a smart TV with Telia Medium package, Netflix and Chromecast. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the sea or in nature. The house is pet friendly, has fast wifi and offers three parking spaces.

Please note that there is a separate apartment on the upper floor where one person lives permanently. This part has its own entrance on the side of the house. The pool, spa and other facilities are privately available to you as guests during your entire stay.

Stenungsund offers a wide range of activities and experiences. Enjoy salty swims at Nösnäs beach, located about 2.3 km away, or explore the beautiful trails at Furufjäll and Bohusleden. For those who enjoy shopping, Stenungs Torg is just a few minutes away with a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés. The sea is only about 1.5 km from the house, perfect for evening walks or spontaneous swims. For those who want to explore more of the west coast, Marstrand, Tjörn and Orust are all within easy driving distance. Here you will find picturesque fishing villages, cliffs, bathing spots and genuine archipelago environments.

Good to know about this accommodation:
• A deposit of 4 500 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within one week after departure, provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.
• Bed linen and towels can be added: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.
• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean themselves, cleaning equipment is available in the house.
• Electricity is included, charging of electric cars is not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• Pets are allowed.
• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed
