Spacious and welcoming holiday home in Tanumshede, ideally suited for two families who would like to spend their holiday together.
The house welcomes you with a spacious entrance hall leading into an open-plan living area and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of workspace, making it easy for several people to prepare meals together.
From the kitchen, you have direct access to the lovely terrace, where you can enjoy a jacuzzi with room for up to six people. Half of the terrace is enclosed with glass, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space even when the weather is less favourable.
On this floor, you will also find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, as well as a fresh bathroom with a bathtub.
Downstairs, there is another cosy living area with a bar and TV – a great place to relax and spend time together. This floor also features a bathroom with a shower and sauna.
There are two additional bedrooms downstairs, one with a double bed and another with a single bed and an extra bed suitable for a child under the age of 12.
Things to see and do in Tanumshede and the surrounding area
The holiday home is situated in beautiful surroundings, close to nature, culture and a variety of activities. The area is equally suitable for those looking for an active holiday and those who simply want to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Nearby, you will find beautiful woodland areas that are perfect for walking and jogging. There are also several lakes in the area where you can enjoy swimming and fishing.
Tanum Shopping Centre is located a short distance from the house and offers a wide selection of shops and restaurants.
For those interested in history, the area is famous for its UNESCO-listed Bronze Age rock carvings. A visit to Vitlycke Museum offers another fascinating insight into the history of the region.
Families with children will also find plenty to discover nearby, including the Grebbestad adventure park.
The popular coastal town of Strömstad is approximately 40 minutes away by car. Here you can experience the beautiful Bohuslän archipelago and take a trip to the Koster Islands and Kosterhavet National Park.
