Tranås - House

This pearl, called Klinten, is located idyllically and private only 150 meters from a very nice lake with sandy beach, jetty and raft. Fantastic nature, mountains to climb, berries and mushrooms to pick, primeval forest to hike in, and old partially restored ruins from a mill and a saw to view. Located between Ödeshög and Tranås, right by Lake Vagnsjön.

There are two residential buildings connected to each other. Both are included in the rent - and are relatively secluded. The main house is a timber two-storey house from the end of the 19th century. Here is a kitchen, living room, hall, toilet and bedroom 1 with a double bed, 180 cm. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people, 160 cm, and 1 single bed in the attic for those who want to sleep a little secluded. The second house was previously a workshop but has now been nicely renovated into two lovely bedrooms (bedroom 2, double bed 180 cm and bedroom 3, 2 single beds each 80 cm).

New toilet in the renovated bathroom (combustion toilet and there is also an outdoor toilet for those who prefer it. With new sink, running water incl. hot water. There is a new shower (outdoor shower in old style in new cool outdoor room - with hot water).
Large brand-new terraces at different levels provide good opportunities for sunbathing, eating, and sitting and reading outside, with good privacy. Large plot (5000 sq m). Here you also have access to a newly built outdoor kitchen with running water (incl. hot water).

Things to see and do in Tranås/ Ödeshög and the surrounding area
When you book this accommodation, you have every opportunity to have mix of calm and action with its proximity to nature and sights. Attracts fishing, the lake is only 150 m away. In season, there are plenty of berries in the forest, such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. It is also close to the primeval forest in the nature reserve, which is right next to Klinten.
A must during your stay is to visit the charming small town Gränna known for its polka candy. Also take the opportunity to visit the André Museum and take the ferry over to Visningsö. Tranås is also worth visiting where you can enjoy a lunch in the small town. In addition, there is Omberg, which you can climb and which offers an incomparable view of Lake Vättern.
