Description
This small cabin is located on a plot of 3 hectares between Emmaboda and Nybro west of Kalmar. The property has a scenic and quiet location next to a small pond with jetty and boat which is right behind the cottage.
The holiday home is about 40 square meters and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The cottage consists of a kitchenette with two hotplates and a fan. Access to both a fridge and a freezer, so there is also a microwave. Right next to the kitchenette is the open living room with comfortable seating. Separated from the living room by a curtain, you will find the shower. The bathroom with toilet is opposite the entrance. The bedroom is on the right side from the entrance and is equipped with two bunk beds and a table with chairs. In front of the house there is a small and covered patio at the entrance, as well as garden furniture and a barbecue.
If you need help or advice about sights and more, the owner lives right next door.
To see and do in the immediate area
Two lakes are nearby. About 1 kilometer away is the lake "Fantgöl" and about 2 kilometers away is the lake "Hultebräan". At both lakes you can use a rowing boat for free! However, fishing is only permitted in the lake "Hultebräan".
Grocery stores, restaurants and cafes can be found in the village of Emmaboda, approximately 12 kilometers away.
Glasrikets Moose Park with a lovely safari through the moose enclosure is only about 14 kilometers away.
The famous glass factory "Kosta" is about 40 kilometers to the north. There you will find, among other things, another moose park.
The city of Nybro is approximately 20 kilometers away. There are more shopping opportunities in Nybro.
You can get to Kalmar in about 40 minutes. Here there are both restaurants, shops and Kalmar castle well worth a visit or you can drive to A World of Dinosaurs which is Europe's largest dinosaur exhibition which is a world-class attraction located just outside Kalmar. Öland - the island of the sun and winds - is also worth seeing with all its fine sandy beaches, golf courses, the king's summer pleasure - Solliden, restaurants and farm shops. Near the house is Hossmo gård, a fantastic country cafe and flea market located in a unique and historic environment.
