Welcome to a modern and stylish villa located in the peaceful coastal village of Slussen on Orust. Here you stay comfortably with generous spaces both indoors and outdoors, perfect for families and larger groups looking for comfort, quality and proximity to the sea, nature and local attractions. The house is tastefully decorated with spacious social areas, an open floor plan and a cosy fireplace in the living room. On the upper floor you will find four bright bedrooms: two with double beds and two with family bunk beds, offering a total of 8 beds plus the option of two extra beds. There is also a cosy lounge with TV and two fresh bathrooms, one on each floor. At the back of the house a lovely terrace awaits, with plenty of space for social evenings. Enjoy the outdoor shower, relax in the jacuzzi and gather for barbecue nights in the summer sunset. Parking is available right outside the door and the house offers a washing machine, Wi-Fi and Apple TV for a smooth and comfortable stay.

Slussen is one of Orust’s most appreciated coastal villages, known for its beautiful surroundings and vibrant cultural scene. Only 1 km from the house you will find the popular swimming area with piers, diving tower, swimming school and changing rooms. On the way you pass the cosy Café Tillsammans, famous for its freshly made waffles. Orust offers plenty of activities: paddle a kayak, catch crabs, hike the Pilgrim Trail, visit Tavlebord Honey Farm, rent a boat or explore the car-free islands of Gullholmen and Käringön. In Hälleviksstrand you’ll find classic boathouses, cliffs and postcard-like coastal views. Nearby Ellös offers restaurants, paddle courts and the popular café Fröken Trulls. On the island of Tjörn you will find Skärhamn with several restaurants and the Nordic Watercolour Museum, Rönnäng with coastal restaurants, Pilane Sculpture Park and Sundsby Manor with walking trails, café and farm shop. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate Tjörn’s well-kept golf course.

Welcome to this charming and spacious villa of 160 m² – perfect for large families or several generations travelling together. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, divided into four bedrooms and an extra living area. Only 200 metres from one of Orust’s largest lakes, you can enjoy a refreshing morning swim or a peaceful rowing trip in the boat included in the rental.
The large covered terrace invites you to long summer evenings, with a barbecue and wok pan on the rock for cosy dinners under the open sky. Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming atmosphere with several living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay is here – Wi-Fi, TV, and plenty of space for play and socialising in the garden. Pets are welcome. In the paddocks, four beautiful and friendly Quarter Horses graze. Sometimes their owners ride western in the indoor arena, but most often they enjoy wonderful rides out in nature. The indoor arena is private and stands as a beautiful gem on the property.

Enjoy nature, swimming and local experiences just around the corner. Only a short walk from the house you’ll find the lake with swimming spots and cliffs, ideal for both adults and children. Nearby is also the seaside bathing area Slussens badplats, with jetty, diving tower and changing facilities. From here, it’s easy to reach Ålgårds kvarn, where you can rent kayaks and explore the calm waters and small islands.
For food and music lovers, a visit to Slussens Pensionat is a must – a unique restaurant and live music venue by the water. In the same area you’ll find the cosy café Café Tillsammans, known for its home-baked pastries.
For day trips, we recommend Hafsten Adventure Park with pools, playground and zipline, or why not visit Nordens Ark, Stellas Lekland or Gothenburg with Liseberg amusement park and Universeum science centre.
