Welcome to this cozy and bright cottage on scenic Tjörn, perfect for a small family or a couple looking for peace, proximity to the sea and charming coastal villages. The cottage is detached and located in a quiet, rural area on a lovely hilly plot shared with the host, who lives in a separate house. You have your own private entrance and outdoor area, and your privacy is respected. Here you can enjoy two lovely outdoor spaces, one with outdoor furniture and a grill, ideal for long breakfasts or summer evenings at sunset. The cottage is approximately 20 m² and has an open-plan layout with kitchen, dining area, a daybed that can be extended into a double bed as well as a practical built-in bunk bed. In total, there are four sleeping places. There is also a dining table, storage space and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The cottage has TV, electric heating and two parking spaces. Here you stay in a quiet area with views over the plot. The house is pet-friendly, two pets are allowed.

Things to do in the surrounding area:
Just a couple of hundred meters from the cottage you reach a beautiful hiking and cycling trail that stretches all the way from the charming fishing village Kyrkesund to the lively coastal community Skärhamn. Along the way you pass Källeviken beach (3 km), a peaceful natural beach with cliffs, as well as Pilane burial ground and sculpture park (2.5 km), where history meets art in a unique setting.

In addition, there are several more great excursion destinations:
Toröd beach (4.4 km) offers both sand and cliffs for swimming, while Björholmens Marina (6 km) offers a seaside restaurant, ice cream café, wood-fired sauna and rental of kayaks and pedal boats. Kyrkesund (6 km) is a charming fishing village where you can take the ferry to the car-free island Härön, and in Ängeviken (6 km) you will find archipelago atmosphere with cliffs, beach, small harbor and kiosk. For those who want to play golf, Tjörns golf club is about 10 km away. In Skärhamn you will find a lively harbor promenade with restaurants, shops, galleries and the Nordic Watercolour Museum, perfect for both shopping and evening walks.

Good to know about this accommodation
• A deposit of 1500 SEK is mandatory and is reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount is refunded approximately 1 week after departure if the cottage is left in approved condition.
• Bed linen and towels can be added: 200 SEK/person and 50 SEK/person. Payment is made on site via Swish or cash.
• Final cleaning is not included. Final cleaning can be booked for 800 SEK.
• Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are allowed.
• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
