The fully tiled bathroom is fresh and includes a shower, WC, and washing machine. Air conditioning is available throughout the house, and outside awaits a generous 30 sqm terrace with outdoor furniture, a grill, and sun loungers – perfect for lazy summer days. The house also has fiber internet, a smart TV with Chromecast, and parking for two cars on the property.

Rossö is idyllically located on the western side of Orust, close to both the sea and beautiful nature. Just 700 meters away, you’ll find the nearest bathing spot with cliffs, perfect for refreshing swims and sunsets. Fishing opportunities are available just 370 meters from the house, and the whole area invites lovely walks and bike rides in untouched nature.
For those who want to explore more, Henån is only 20 km away and offers shops, restaurants, and cafés. Orust also features attractions such as the Pilgrimsleden trail, Tavlebord’s honey farm, and charming coastal villages like Mollösund and Hälleviksstrand.
