Description
Your holiday home is well equipped and has a good standard. The house is located in the Tallbacken cottage area 70 m from Lake Bolmen. Bolmen is Sweden's 10th largest lake with good swimming and fishing opportunities. Tallbacken is 12 km from Ljungby and is a nice area with a nice sandy beach and playground down by the lake. You have a plot of 1000 m2 with quality garden furniture, patio deck of 200 m2 (partly under roof). Here there is an outdoor kitchen for summertime cooking, grill and jazz uci. The cabin is for max. 8 people and has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed and 1 with a sofa bed, and in the living room, which has an open floor plan, there is another sofa bed (you also have the option to sleep in the annex in the summer, where you have three beds). The annex also has a sauna. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine and tumbler. You have a wood stove if you want to light a fire and wood is available. The house has direct electricity and a heat pump with AC. TV, Wifi and chromecast are included in the rent You can buy a fishing license at Bolmstad Säteri and rent more boats and motors. The boat included in the rent is 13 feet and is located down by the beach. There is an electric motor with a battery that you can rent from the owner. Boat ramp and cafe are down at Bolmstad harbour.
Things to see and do in Ljungby and the surrounding area
You live only 12 km from Ljungby and here there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Ljungby also has many museums such as The Sven Ljungberg and Fairytale Museum. Take the opportunity and visit all the moose parks around Ljungby. Elinge Moose Park and Laganland as well as Smålandet near Markaryd, which has moose safaris and is a nice excursion destination. In Lagan there is Slussen secondhand. From Bolmsö you can take the ferry over to Halland and visit Tiraholm Fisk. Other excursion destinations are Store Mosse, High Chaparall and Hestra. Isaberg has a lot to offer in both summer and winter. Why not take a day trip to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby or Gränna. If you want to swim in the sea, Halmstad and Tylösand are only an hour away.
