Welcome to a beautiful holiday home in Svanesund on the island of Orust, offering a stunning sea view and only 100 meters to the sandy beach and jetty. Here you live comfortably with space for up to 4 adults and 1 child, in a bright and fresh house with stylish interior design. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fan, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. In the living room there is a dining table, wood-burning stove, sofa set and Smart TV with fiber connection. The house has three bedrooms – one with a double bed (140 cm) and two with beds of 120 cm. There are two bathrooms, one with shower, bathtub and WC and one with WC, sink and washing machine. Several outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy both sun and views. At the back you will find a terrace facing the sea, perfect for barbecue evenings in the sunset. “Step into the house, enjoy the view and feel the calm.” With its front-row location facing the sea, this is a place where summer dreams come true. The scent of pines and the sea breeze mix with the sound of seagulls. In just a minute you can walk down to the beach for a refreshing swim.
Note: There is a small 30 sqm guest house on the property that is occasionally used by the owner. You have your own private entrance and separate outdoor area, and your privacy is always respected.

In Stenungsund, only 9 km away, there is a large shopping centre with around 60 stores. For nature lovers there are beautiful walking trails and hidden coves to discover.
