Welcome to this cozy cottage in Vejbystrand, which is within walking distance of the sea. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for the whole family. A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. In the living room there is another single bed, which can also be pulled out for an extra bed underneath. Sofas and TV are also in the living room. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
The house has a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for lovely summer dinners. Large and lovely fenced garden with a forest feel where children and dogs can run freely. There is a fireplace to enjoy in front during colder winter days. A perfect choice for those of you who want to relax in a peaceful environment, even during winter.The nearest shop is approx. 650m from the accommodation and restaurant approx. 150m.
Vejbystrand offers a lot of sports activities with its own sports park where there is also access to nice padel courts, tennis courts, fun obstacle courses, open-air swimming and by the sea there are opportunities for water sports/surfing/fishing. Bmx track is available for those of you who like this. In addition, there is a toboggan run that offers tobogganing all year round. Areas also offer fantastic cycling and hiking trails.
In the surrounding area there are fine vineyards/vineyards to visit, golf courses within driving distance and for those who like to snorkel there is Vejbystrand's snorkel trail.
If you want to drive a bit, there is an adventure park on Hallandsåsen that offers, among other things, cable cars and climbing.
It is about 20 minutes by car to Båstad, here you can find some shopping and lovely restaurants. If you want more shopping opportunities, the Väla shopping center is about 3.5 miles away.
The accommodation's location is perfect for families with children, with calm and peaceful nature but close to everything. On the far side of the plot there is also a smaller cottage for 2 people with its own small fenced plot that can be rented if desired. This cottage can also be rented out to other guests.

Bed linen and towels are NOT included but can be selected for SEK 200/person.
Final cleaning is mandatory and costs SEK 1,600/stay.
Electricity is included in the price.
