Welcome to this charming apartment with a beautiful lake view, located on the upper floor of the owners villa on a scenic lakefront property just outside Vimmerby. Here, you stay in a peaceful and comfortable setting with easy access to the town’s shops, restaurants, and the popular theme park Astrid Lindgren’s World.
The apartment has a private entrance at the back of the house and offers plenty of space for the whole family. It features four rooms and a kitchen – a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room with access to a balcony overlooking the lake, and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Several rooms offer lovely views of the lake. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
Down by the water, you have access to a private patio with a grill, perfect for cozy evenings outdoors. A rowing boat is available if you’d like to go fishing. Just a few hundred meters from the house is a lovely swimming area with a sandy beach and piers – ideal for families with children.

Not far from Vimmerby, you can visit the real-life Bullerbyn and Katthult, the filming locations of the beloved Emil movies. At Virum Moose Park, you can see and even pet moose up close.
The coastal town of Västervik, named Sweden’s best summer town in 2020 and 2021, is about 45 minutes away by car. This pleasant ground floor apartment is located in the owner's property and offers a comfortable and fully equipped living environment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fan, fridge/freezer and microwave — everything you need to cook. Dining table with seating for 4-6 people is available in the kitchen area. In the same room there is also a large sofa, TV and a bunk bed for extra sleeping space. The adjacent bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed and a cot.
