Lovely holiday home in the Tallbacken area with only 100 m from Lake Bolmen.
You have a large terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful lake view and take a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi (standing water). The jacuzzi is most suitable for 4 people but can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
There are also 2 lovely sun beds and a barbecue where you can prepare the evening's dinner, to then end the evening with a lovely dip in the water, which is only 100 m down where there is a sandy beach and jetty. There is also a larger bathing area with jetty, sandy beach and swings.
Your holiday home has a total of three bedrooms (of which the third bedroom is in the annex, which is wintered and also has its own terrace and an extra WC with sink). There is a sofa bed in the living room upstairs where you have a fantastic view of Bolmen. The combined kitchen / living room has a large smart TV, ChromeCast and wireless speakers. Fiber is available in the house. There is also a fireplace for colder evenings to snuggle in front of.
The house has floor heating, a heat pump and as well as AC during the summer. Adjacent to the large terrace is a large glazed conservatory. There is an outdoor shower in the garden as well as swings for the kids.
A short distance from your cottage is Bolmstad Harbor where you can rent a boat and motor at Bolmstad Manor and buy a fishing license.
If you are interested in activities around Bolmen, there are several different places such as Bolmsö Church, Perstorpsgården which is a Farm Museum dating from the 18th century and Bolmsö Östergård which is a farm that offers bed and breakfast, farm, horse riding and more .
This house has a changeover day on Mondays, and mandatory cleaning of 2000 SEK which is paid to StayNordic before arrival.
